Endava stabilises and transforms global IT services across 25 countries for RX
Endava (NYSE: DAVA), the technology-driven business transformation group whose AI-native approach combines cutting edge technology with deep industry expertise, has announced the successful go‑live of a multi‑year Managed Services partnership with RX, one of the world’s leading event organisers. The partnership delivers end-to-end IT support across service desk, infrastructure, field services and applications management. It will support RX’s global event operations, where any downtime directly impacts attendee experience.
Operating one of the world’s largest global event portfolios, with more than 350 events annually across 25 markets, RX depends on highly reliable and scalable IT operations. The partnership supports RX’s technology transformation journey, stabilising core services while curating an operating model designed for long‑term efficiency, automation and resilience.
Since going live in December, Endava has delivered measurable improvements across RX’s global IT estate. Within weeks, 97% of service desk calls were answered within 60 seconds, supporting more than 5,800 monthly tickets per month internationally. These improvements have contributed to a positive end-user satisfaction score of 9.5/10, alongside increased confidence in the performance and consistency of RX’s IT services.
In addition, Endava and RX have established robust governance foundations, including structured service reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews, to provide transparency, accountability and a shared framework for continuous improvement.
Nick Lowe, Vice President of Technology at RX, said: “Endava has delivered real momentum for our global IT operations. Their impact has lifted both responsiveness and confidence across our teams. As we continue to modernise and automate more of our operations, Endava is proving to be a valuable long‑term partner.”
The engagement aligns with Endava’s strategic focus on long‑term, complex managed services partnerships across global enterprises, further reinforcing its presence in the events and media sector.
“Live events leave little margin for IT failure,” added Alastair Lukies CBE, Chief Engagement Officer at Endava. “RX operates in one of the most demanding global environments, and our role is to make technology invisible, stable, responsive and ready to scale, so teams can focus on delivering world-class experiences. This partnership demonstrates how a modern managed services model can deliver both immediate stability and long-term innovation.”
Following a successful kick-off, RX and Endava are now shaping the next phase of the partnership roadmap with emerging technologies. This will focus on expanding automation across service desk and infrastructure operations, as well as introducing AI‑assisted workflows that can improve speed, consistency and overall service quality. Examples include AI-driven operational tooling, which has the potential to reduce incidents, further enhance user experience and strengthen resilience across markets.
