Following a 19-run over in the first of the match, the Titans were pegged back by Andrew Tye’s (2/25) incisive two-wicket spell that swung the momentum. However, Alex Hales (35 off 21), and Dan Lawrence (22 off 13) top scored for the Titans, with the pair combining for a 42-run partnership in only 26 balls.

Green had ensured the Titans squeezed 14 runs of the final over to post a competitive total.
In the second innings, the Riders began positively with Unmukt Chand (17 off 8) smashing three consecutive fours off Wasim Akram. Yet, the Titans swiftly regained control as Akif Javed (2/16) claimed Faf du Plessis as his first wicket of the night, in the second over. Piyush Chawla’s then removed Chand in the third over, before he returned to remove by Ansh Tandon (8 off 11) and Sean Dickson (7 off 13) in the seventh over.
Unable to forge any meaningful partnerships, the Vista Riders fell to their second defeat of the season.
